03 — How a visit goes

The shop runs on one rule: your dog is the only dog in the building from the moment we open the door.

We talk first.
Every booking starts with a phone call — not a form. We ask about your dog's coat, age, anxiety triggers, and what you actually want at the end. No upsells.

One dog in the building.
No kennels, no waiting room of strangers. Your dog is the only client from drop-off to pick-up. Bella is in charge of greetings.
- 03
Slow when it needs to be slow.
Senior dogs, rescues, anxious pups — we work in short blocks with breaks. We will stop early and finish another day before we will force the issue.

A bandana, a photo, a confirmed price.
Every dog leaves with a clean bandana, a snapshot for you, and the final price you were quoted on the phone — never a surprise.

We’re new
on this block.
Most groomer websites paste in dozens of five-star reviews. We don’t have those yet — Bella’s Pawsh Parlour is a freshly-opened, by-appointment shop on Caragana Circle, and we would rather earn the reviews than fabricate them.
If your dog leaves happier than they came in, we’d love to be the first review on our Google page. If they don’t, we’d love to know why.

The parlour is on Caragana Circle, off Old Seward in 99515. Most of our regulars come from these eight neighborhoods. If you live further out, call anyway — we’ll figure it out.
